During this class, you spend around half the class on the Water Rower and the other half doing conditioning. Usually, the Rowing parts are around 5 - 6 mins and the Conditioning Sections up to about 10 mins.
With up to 12 in a class it is a really great 45 min session to burn up calories and tone up. Like all our classes, you wear a Heart Rate Monitor and your stats are projected up onto a large screen to motivate you. It is held outside on our covered deck.

A mix of intense indoor cycling in the Spin Studio with David and Bouts of Boxing outside on the deck with Karen. The boxing sections are mostly pads and gloves with a partner. Small group circuits and HITT type boxing drills. Up to 18 in a class.
